GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
FERSKOV LLC GROUP OF TRAVEL COMPANIES
Effective for 2026/2027
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT
These General Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement governing travel arrangements and related services provided by FERSKOV LLC, including services offered through Vuitton Travel and applicable affiliated travel brands.
MAKING OR AUTHORIZING ANY PAYMENT OF ANY AMOUNT — INCLUDING A DEPOSIT, PARTIAL PAYMENT OR PAYMENT IN FULL — CONSTITUTES THE TRAVELER’S ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT THE TRAVELER HAS BEEN PROVIDED ACCESS TO THESE GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS, HAS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO READ THEM, HAS READ AND UNDERSTOOD THEM, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
The person making a reservation or payment on behalf of other travelers represents that he or she is authorized to act for those travelers and is responsible for providing these General Terms & Conditions to every person included in the reservation.
These General Terms & Conditions should be read together with the applicable final itinerary, invoice, booking confirmation, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Where applicable law provides rights or imposes responsibilities that cannot legally be waived, excluded or limited by contract, those mandatory provisions remain unaffected.
1. CORPORATE IDENTITY
FERSKOV LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware, United States.
FERSKOV LLC owns and operates Vuitton Travel together with destination-specific and affiliated travel brands.
Vuitton Travel is not itself a limited liability company.
References in these General Terms & Conditions to FERSKOV LLC, Vuitton Travel, “we,” “us” or “our” refer, where appropriate, to the entity or brand involved in arranging the relevant travel services.
2. THE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel design, arrange and coordinate travel experiences using services supplied by independent third parties.
Those suppliers may include airlines, hotels, lodges, cruise companies, transportation companies, destination management companies, restaurants, guides, excursion operators, attraction operators and other travel-service providers.
Except where expressly stated otherwise, these suppliers are independent businesses and are not employees, servants, joint venturers or controlled entities of FERSKOV LLC or Vuitton Travel.
We do not control the day-to-day operations of independent suppliers.
Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, default, delay, insolvency, schedule changes, service failures or other conduct of independent suppliers.
Nothing in these General Terms & Conditions excludes responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability arising from our own proven negligence to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
3. OUR TRAVEL PHILOSOPHY AND STANDARDS
Vuitton Travel creates carefully researched journeys centered upon firsthand destination knowledge, thoughtful pacing and meaningful experiences.
Travel Further. Stay Longer.
Slow Travel. The New Luxury.
We welcome travelers who share our commitment to respectful, inclusive and culturally responsible travel.
Discrimination, harassment, abusive behavior, threats or conduct that materially interferes with the safety, dignity or enjoyment of other travelers, employees, guides or suppliers may result in removal from a journey.
A traveler removed for misconduct is responsible for all resulting transportation, accommodation and other expenses and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not entitled to reimbursement for unused services.
4. WHAT YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
The final itinerary and booking confirmation determine what is included in a particular journey.
Only services expressly identified as included should be considered part of the purchased travel arrangements.
Photographs, website descriptions, sample itineraries, preliminary proposals, marketing materials and previous versions of an itinerary are illustrative and do not override the final confirmed itinerary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, airfare, passports, visas, immigration fees, entry permits, government charges, destination-mandated insurance, vaccinations, comprehensive personal travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, optional activities and services not specifically identified as included are excluded.
5. ITINERARY CHANGES AND SUBSTITUTIONS
International travel is inherently subject to change.
Hotels, restaurants, guides, transportation, attractions, excursions, meals, routes, schedules and other components may occasionally need to be changed, substituted, rescheduled or omitted because of operational circumstances, supplier decisions, availability, weather, safety considerations, government action or other circumstances.
FERSKOV LLC reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions or modifications when necessary.
Where reasonably practicable, we will endeavor to provide a comparable alternative.
A substitution or reasonable itinerary modification does not automatically constitute a breach of contract or create an automatic right to a refund.
6. MISSED, CHANGED OR UNAVAILABLE SERVICES
The absence, interruption, delay, substitution or unavailability of an individual travel component — including a meal, transfer, excursion, attraction, guide, transportation service, hotel amenity or other component — does not automatically entitle a traveler to a refund of any portion of the package price.
Travel packages are priced and sold as integrated arrangements rather than as collections of individually priced retail components unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where a material included service cannot be provided, FERSKOV LLC may, where reasonably practicable, arrange a substitute, alternative service or other appropriate remedy.
Any remedy expressly required by applicable law remains unaffected.
7. TRAVELER-CAUSED MISSED SERVICES
No refund or reimbursement will ordinarily be provided for services missed because a traveler:
• Arrives late
• Oversleeps
• Chooses not to participate
• Leaves a journey early
• Fails to meet at an announced location or time
• Misses transportation
• Lacks required documentation
• Is denied boarding or entry
• Fails to satisfy visa, passport, immigration, health or insurance requirements
• Is unable to participate because of personal circumstances
• Changes personal plans
• Fails to follow reasonable instructions
• Becomes ill or otherwise cannot continue traveling
Unused services generally have no cash value to the traveler.
8. PRICES
Prices are normally quoted per person based upon double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
FERSKOV LLC is not required to provide internal or itemized supplier cost breakdowns.
Pricing errors, typographical errors or obvious website errors may be corrected.
Before final payment, prices may be adjusted when necessary because of taxes, government charges, exchange-rate movements, supplier increases or other material external cost changes, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed with the particular journey.
Government-imposed visa charges, tourism levies, entry charges, insurance requirements, taxes or other governmental fees introduced or increased after booking remain the traveler’s responsibility unless expressly stated as included.
Once a journey has been paid in full, the confirmed package price will ordinarily be honored except for traveler-requested changes and external charges or adjustments for which the traveler remains responsible under these General Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
9. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Unless different terms are stated for a particular journey:
A deposit of 25% is required within five days of confirmation.
Final payment is due 90 days before departure.
Reservations made within 90 days of departure require payment in full.
Payment deadlines are material terms of the reservation.
Failure to pay by the required deadline may result in cancellation and application of applicable cancellation charges.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS BY PAYMENT
PAYMENT IS ACCEPTANCE.
By making or authorizing any payment toward a reservation, the traveler acknowledges and agrees that:
• The traveler has been provided access to these General Terms & Conditions;
• The traveler has had the opportunity to review them before payment;
• The traveler has read and understood them;
• The traveler agrees to be legally bound by them;
• The traveler accepts the applicable cancellation and payment provisions;
• The traveler understands the role of independent travel suppliers;
• The traveler understands the uncertainties inherent in international travel;
• The traveler accepts responsibility for passports, visas, immigration requirements, health requirements and destination-specific entry requirements;
• The traveler accepts the travel-insurance requirements contained in these General Terms & Conditions.
If one person makes payment for multiple travelers, that person represents that he or she is authorized to act on their behalf and agrees to provide these terms to them.
11. COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE — REQUIRED
COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE IS A CONDITION OF TRAVEL WITH VUITTON TRAVEL.
Every traveler is responsible for obtaining appropriate comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
The insurance should be appropriate to the value, nature and destination of the journey and the traveler’s personal circumstances.
Travelers should consider coverage for:
• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption or curtailment
• Medical treatment
• Emergency evacuation
• Repatriation
• Travel delay
• Missed connections
• Baggage loss, theft or delay
• Supplier failure where available
• Personal liability where appropriate
• Other risks relevant to the particular journey
Travelers should consider whether Cancel For Any Reason coverage is appropriate and available for their circumstances.
FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel do not sell, underwrite or guarantee travel-insurance policies.
The traveler is solely responsible for understanding the coverage, exclusions, limitations, eligibility requirements and claims procedures of any insurance purchased.
The existence of insurance does not guarantee that a particular event or loss will be covered.
A traveler’s failure to obtain sufficient insurance, failure to comply with an insurer’s requirements or inability to recover from an insurer does not transfer that financial loss to FERSKOV LLC or Vuitton Travel.
12. DESTINATION-MANDATED INSURANCE AND OTHER ENTRY INSURANCE
Some countries, territories, islands or other jurisdictions require visitors to purchase or hold a particular insurance policy as a condition of entry.
DESTINATION-MANDATED INSURANCE IS SEPARATE FROM VUITTON TRAVEL’S REQUIREMENT THAT TRAVELERS MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE.
A traveler’s existing private travel insurance, medical insurance, credit-card insurance or other coverage may not satisfy a destination’s mandatory insurance requirement.
Travelers are solely responsible for determining whether any destination on their itinerary requires:
• A government-mandated insurance policy
• Insurance purchased from a specified provider
• Minimum medical coverage
• Emergency evacuation coverage
• COVID, epidemic or other health-related coverage
• Proof or certification of insurance
• Payment of an insurance levy or premium before or upon arrival
These requirements can be introduced, changed, increased, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Vuitton Travel may provide general information as a courtesy, but such information is not a guarantee that requirements have remained unchanged.
The traveler must verify current requirements directly with the relevant government, immigration authority, embassy, consulate or other official source before departure.
If a traveler is denied entry, delayed, required to purchase additional insurance, required to pay an additional fee or unable to continue the journey because the traveler has not satisfied a destination’s insurance requirements, all resulting costs and consequences remain the traveler’s responsibility.
No refund is due from FERSKOV LLC or Vuitton Travel for unused services resulting from such failure except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
13. PASSPORTS, VISAS, IMMIGRATION AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
PASSPORTS, VISAS AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS ARE THE TRAVELER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
International entry requirements are determined by governments, immigration authorities and other public authorities and may change rapidly, with little or no notice.
Requirements and fees may differ according to:
• Nationality
• Passport held
• Country of residence
• Destination
• Transit country
• Purpose of travel
• Length of stay
• Number of entries
• Age
• Previous travel
• Government policy
• Diplomatic or political developments
• Other factors determined by the relevant authority
Different nationalities traveling on the same Vuitton Travel journey may therefore face different visa requirements, visa classifications, fees, procedures or entry conditions.
A requirement or fee that applied when a reservation was made may be different by the date of travel.
FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel do not control immigration policy, visa requirements, visa fees, entry requirements or government decisions.
Although Vuitton Travel may occasionally provide general information or draw attention to a known requirement as a courtesy, we do not undertake or accept responsibility for continuously monitoring visa, passport, immigration, health or entry requirements on behalf of individual travelers.
Information supplied by us concerning such requirements must therefore never be treated as definitive immigration or legal advice.
Before booking and again before departure, every traveler must independently verify the requirements applicable to the passport under which that traveler will travel.
Travelers should contact or consult the appropriate:
• Embassy
• Consulate
• Immigration authority
• Government ministry
• Official government visa service
• Government authority responsible for the destination
Travelers transiting through another country must also determine whether a transit visa, transit authorization or other documentation is required.
Each traveler is solely responsible for obtaining, carrying and maintaining all required:
• Passports
• Visas
• Electronic travel authorizations
• Entry permits
• Transit visas
• Immigration documents
• Health certificates
• Vaccination documentation
• Travel authorizations
• Insurance certificates
• Parental or guardianship documentation for minors
• International driving permits where required
• Any other documentation required by a destination or transit country
Travelers are also responsible for ensuring that passports contain sufficient validity and blank pages for the entire journey and satisfy all destination and transit-country requirements.
14. CHANGES TO VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AFTER BOOKING
Governments may introduce, amend or increase visa fees, entry charges, insurance requirements, tourism levies, health requirements or other conditions after a traveler has booked or paid for a journey.
Such changes are beyond the control of FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel.
Any additional cost resulting from a new or changed governmental requirement is the traveler’s responsibility unless expressly required otherwise by applicable law.
A change in visa cost, entry fee, immigration procedure, insurance requirement or other governmental requirement does not itself entitle the traveler to cancel without the otherwise applicable cancellation charges.
15. FAILURE TO SATISFY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
If a traveler or member of a traveler’s party:
• Is denied a visa
• Fails to obtain a visa
• Obtains the wrong visa
• Travels with an invalid or insufficiently valid passport
• Fails to obtain required insurance
• Fails to obtain a required vaccination or health certificate
• Fails to complete required immigration documentation
• Is refused boarding by a carrier
• Is refused entry by immigration authorities
• Is detained or delayed by immigration or customs authorities
• Is required to purchase additional insurance, documentation or authorization
• Is otherwise unable to proceed because of failure to satisfy an entry, immigration, health, documentation or insurance requirement
FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel are not responsible for the resulting loss, expense, delay or unused travel arrangements except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
No refund or compensation will ordinarily be payable for services the traveler is unable to use as a result.
The traveler is responsible for any additional accommodation, transportation, airfare, insurance, immigration fees, fines, penalties, meals, communication expenses or other costs arising from the situation.
Where FERSKOV LLC incurs a fine, charge, loss or expense because of a traveler’s failure to comply with passport, visa, immigration, insurance or health requirements, the traveler agrees to reimburse FERSKOV LLC to the extent permitted by law.
16. TRAVEL ADVISORIES AND GOVERNMENT INFORMATION
Travelers are responsible for consulting current travel information issued by:
• The government of their country of residence;
• The government that issued the passport under which they will travel;
• The government of the destination;
• The government of any transit destination where relevant.
Travel advisories, entry requirements and diplomatic circumstances may change between booking and departure.
Travelers should continue checking relevant official sources through the date of departure.
The decision to travel remains with the traveler unless FERSKOV LLC cancels or materially modifies the journey.
17. CANCELLATIONS BY THE TRAVELER
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Unless different cancellation provisions were disclosed for a particular journey, the following cancellation charges apply per traveler:
91 days or more before departure: $500 processing charge
90–61 days before departure: 25% of the journey price
60–31 days before departure: 50% of the journey price
30 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the journey price
Airline, cruise, hotel, permit and other supplier penalties may be additional and may be non-refundable from the date of purchase.
No refund is due for voluntarily unused services after a journey has begun except where required by applicable law.
18. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY US
We reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel travel arrangements when circumstances reasonably require it.
If FERSKOV LLC cancels a journey for reasons within its reasonable control, the remedies available will be communicated to affected travelers and will comply with applicable law.
If cancellation, postponement or material modification results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refunds or credits may depend upon amounts actually recoverable from independent suppliers and applicable legal requirements.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel shall not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for delay, cancellation, modification, interruption, loss or additional expense resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
These circumstances may include:

• Other extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where such circumstances occur, we may modify, postpone, reroute, substitute or cancel services as reasonably necessary.
Any refunds or credits will be determined in accordance with applicable law, supplier terms and amounts actually recoverable where relevant.
20. AIRLINES AND TRANSPORTATION
Airlines and other transportation companies are independent contractors.
Tickets issued by a carrier constitute a contract between the traveler and that carrier.
FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel are not responsible for carrier schedule changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, seating assignments, baggage handling, missed connections, aircraft changes or carrier-imposed fees except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
Travelers are responsible for reconfirming schedules where appropriate, arriving at the required check-in time and ensuring that names on tickets correspond precisely with the travel documents being used.
21. HEALTH, MOBILITY AND FITNESS TO TRAVEL
Travelers are responsible for determining whether a journey is appropriate for their physical condition, mobility and personal circumstances.
Some journeys may involve walking, stairs, uneven terrain, heat, altitude, extended drives, boats, small aircraft or other conditions requiring reasonable mobility.
Travelers should disclose relevant requirements sufficiently in advance so that we can determine whether reasonable arrangements can be made.
FERSKOV LLC may decline or discontinue participation where a traveler’s condition creates a material safety concern or fundamentally prevents the journey from being operated as designed, subject to applicable law.
22. MEDICAL CARE AND EMERGENCIES
Travelers are responsible for their own medical needs and expenses.
Any medical professional, hospital, clinic, evacuation company or emergency provider utilized during travel operates independently unless expressly stated otherwise.
If circumstances reasonably require emergency assistance and the traveler is unable to make arrangements personally, FERSKOV LLC may attempt to assist.
The traveler remains responsible for resulting medical, transportation, accommodation, evacuation, repatriation and related expenses.
23. OPTIONAL AND HIGHER-RISK ACTIVITIES
Optional activities may involve additional risks.
These may include ballooning, boating, swimming, diving, snorkeling, hiking, horseback riding, wildlife activities, safari activities, primate tracking, adventure activities, helicopter or light-aircraft flights and similar experiences.
Participation is voluntary.
Travelers are responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for them and for complying with the operator’s requirements.
Independent activity providers may require separate releases, insurance or waivers.
24. BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Travelers remain responsible for their baggage, valuables and personal property.
Baggage limitations vary by carrier, particularly on charter and regional aircraft.
FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel are not responsible for loss, theft, delay or damage to baggage or personal property caused by independent suppliers or third parties except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Travelers should maintain appropriate insurance for baggage and valuable property.
25. PROMPT NOTICE OF PROBLEMS
If a traveler believes an included service has not been provided correctly, the traveler must notify the Tour Manager, local representative or Vuitton Travel as soon as reasonably possible while still at the destination.
This provides an opportunity to investigate and, where practicable, correct the problem.
Travelers are expected to take reasonable steps to minimize avoidable loss.
Failure to provide timely notice may affect the availability or extent of a remedy where permitted by applicable law.
26. CLAIMS
Any post-journey complaint or claim should be submitted in writing within 30 days following completion of the journey.
The claim should contain sufficient information and supporting documentation to permit reasonable investigation.
Submission of a claim does not itself establish entitlement to reimbursement.
Any rights that cannot lawfully be limited by this provision remain unaffected.
27. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel are not liable for loss, damage, delay, injury, expense or inconvenience resulting from:
• Acts or omissions of independent suppliers;
• Traveler conduct or decisions;
• Third-party conduct;
• Force majeure events;
• Transportation disruption;
• Government action;
• Changes in laws, regulations or entry requirements;
• Visa or immigration decisions;
• Criminal acts by third parties;
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these General Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
28. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INDIRECT LOSSES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FERSKOV LLC and Vuitton Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, lost opportunity, lost income or other consequential financial loss arising from circumstances for which liability has otherwise been lawfully excluded.
29. SUPPLIER INSOLVENCY OR DEFAULT
Travel suppliers are independent businesses.
If a supplier becomes insolvent, ceases trading, defaults or fails to provide services, FERSKOV LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist affected travelers and, where practicable, identify alternatives.
We do not guarantee the solvency or future performance of independent suppliers.
Travelers should ensure that their travel insurance provides appropriate protection where such coverage is available.
30. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Unless caused by a matter for which FERSKOV LLC is legally responsible and liability cannot lawfully be excluded, travelers are responsible for additional expenses incurred during a journey.
These may include additional hotels, meals, transportation, airfare, visa fees, immigration charges, insurance, medical expenses, evacuation costs, communication expenses and other expenses resulting from disruption or changed circumstances.
Travelers should seek reimbursement through their travel insurer where the applicable policy provides coverage.
31. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Travelers agree to contact Vuitton Travel promptly regarding legitimate billing questions or service disputes so that the matter can be investigated.
Nothing in these General Terms & Conditions eliminates rights provided by applicable payment-card or consumer-protection law.
Knowingly initiating a chargeback based upon materially false information or for services properly provided does not extinguish amounts lawfully owed under the booking agreement.
32. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND CONDUCT
FERSKOV LLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, marital status or military status, subject to legitimate travel, safety and legal requirements.
Travelers are expected to extend comparable respect to fellow travelers, staff, suppliers and local communities.
33. DESTINATION LAWS, CUSTOMS AND CONDITIONS
Travelers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the laws, customs, cultural expectations and conditions of destinations they choose to visit.
Laws and social conditions that apply in a traveler’s home country may differ substantially from those in the destination.
Vuitton Travel may provide general destination information but cannot guarantee that every law, restriction, cultural issue or social condition affecting an individual traveler has been identified.
The traveler remains responsible for determining whether a destination is appropriate for his or her personal circumstances.
34. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Those policies should be reviewed separately.
35. BRAND AND AFFILIATION DISCLOSURE
Websites operated by FERSKOV LLC are independent commercial travel websites unless expressly stated otherwise.
Destination-branded websites are not official government tourism-board websites unless expressly identified as such.
Vuitton Travel is not affiliated with Louis Vuitton Malletier or its affiliated companies.
36. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, itinerary design, branding and original editorial material created by FERSKOV LLC or Vuitton Travel may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
37. GOVERNING LAW
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these General Terms & Conditions and the contractual relationship between the traveler and FERSKOV LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that applicable law provides and that cannot lawfully be waived by agreement.
38. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these General Terms & Conditions or services provided by FERSKOV LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration where the parties have entered into an enforceable arbitration agreement.
Any arbitration provision is subject to applicable law concerning formation, notice, consent and enforceability.
Where arbitration is not enforceable or does not apply, any court proceeding shall, to the fullest extent legally permissible, be brought in an appropriate court in Delaware.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
39. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these General Terms & Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
The remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
40. NO WAIVER
Failure by FERSKOV LLC or Vuitton Travel to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it subsequently.
41. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These General Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable final itinerary, invoice, booking confirmation and expressly incorporated policies, constitute the agreement governing the reservation.
Statements in advertising, social media, preliminary proposals or informal communications do not modify the agreement unless expressly incorporated into the confirmed booking in writing.
42. MODIFICATIONS
No traveler may modify these General Terms & Conditions unilaterally.
Any material exception or modification agreed specifically for a reservation must be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of FERSKOV LLC.
